Bankruptcy Litigation often is a result off an Adversary Complaint (Lawsuit filed in Bankruptcy Court). Bankruptcy Litigation has very quick deadlines. Moreover, the outcome of these cases usually “turns on” the application of specific rules, as they relate to the facts of the case.
Most of the cases I have dealt with involve real estate and/or money as the basis for the dispute. I have had a lot of success because I substantiate my client’s position with specific legal authority and declarations. This type of litigation requires planning and attention to detail. Moreover, I give a lot of credit to my staff who have been with me for many years.
